The challenge
Leads came in through various channels, but follow-up was largely done manually. This took time, leads were left unaddressed, and follow-up was not always consistent.
QuickWorks wanted every lead to be automatically recorded, placed in the correct pipeline stage and immediately assigned the relevant follow-up actions, without anyone having to do this manually.
The solution
We set up comprehensive automation systems covering the entire lead flow. Leads are automatically placed in the pipeline via various platforms, ensuring that not a single enquiry is lost.
Every update to a pipeline stage triggers new tasks, ensuring that the next steps are always ready at the right time. Quotations are automatically generated and scheduled, keeping the lead time from enquiry to proposal short.
In WordPress, we built webhooks that process virtually every action in real time, ensuring there is no delay between the systems. The lead-tracking events are also recorded in GA4, so that the entire funnel can be measured and you can see exactly which channel generates which leads and which revenue.
