Privacy statement

When you submit a form (contact or quote) we process the data you provide yourself: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, website, chosen service and your message.

We also record limited technical data needed for handling and security, such as your IP address and browser details, and the page you submitted the form from.

If you reach the site via an ad or campaign, we also record marketing attribution data with your request (such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID (gclid), the referring website and the landing page). This lets us follow up on your request and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

For statistics we measure anonymously how the site is used. We only do this if you give consent (see 'Cookies and statistics').

To answer contact and quote requests and to deliver our services (performance of, or steps prior to, an agreement).

To secure and improve our website (legitimate interest).

To collect anonymised statistics (based on your consent).

We use Google Analytics 4 solely for statistics. We do not advertise and use no advertising cookies.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default all storage is set to 'denied'. Only after you click 'Accept' in the cookie banner is the anonymous statistics cookie placed. If you choose 'Only necessary', no statistics data is collected through cookies.

Functional and security cookies required for the site to work are always placed.

We keep form and lead data for as long as needed for follow-up and afterwards in line with our legal retention obligations. Statistics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

We never sell your data. We use processors that help us deliver the service, under appropriate data processing agreements: hosting and delivery (Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare), email sending (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), statistics (Google Analytics) and our internal planning (Motion).

Some of these parties may process data outside the EU. In that case we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and you can object to processing. Send your request to jaap@seoninja.pro.

You can withdraw any consent at any time, for example via the 'Cookie preferences' button at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect processing that already took place.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this statement; the current version is always on this page.
