Privacy statement

When you submit a form (contact or quote) we process the data you provide yourself: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, website, chosen service and your message.

We also record limited technical data needed for handling and security, such as your IP address and browser details, and the page you submitted the form from.

If you reach the site via an ad or campaign, we also record marketing attribution data with your request (such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID (gclid), the referring website and the landing page). This lets us follow up on your request and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

For statistics we measure anonymously how the site is used (see 'Cookies and statistics').

To answer contact and quote requests and to deliver our services (performance of, or steps prior to, an agreement).

To secure and improve our website (legitimate interest).

To collect anonymised statistics (legitimate interest).

We measure visits with Plausible, a European service that places no cookies and does not follow visitors across websites. Plausible does not keep IP addresses and only shows us totals. We do not advertise on this site and use no advertising cookies.

The site only remembers the marketing source (see above) for the duration of your visit. We store nothing on your device for this.

On the forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are human; Cloudflare may process functional data for this.

We keep form and lead data for as long as needed for follow-up and afterwards in line with our legal retention obligations. Statistics data consists of totals without personal data.

We never sell your data. We use processors that help us deliver the service, under appropriate data processing agreements: hosting and delivery (Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare), email sending (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), statistics (Plausible) and our own planning.

Some of these parties may process data outside the EU. In that case we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and you can object to processing. Send your request to jaap@seoninja.pro.

You can withdraw any consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect processing that already took place.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this statement; the current version is always on this page.
