Terms and conditions
The NLdigital Terms, filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, apply to all our offers, quotes and agreements. Below we summarise the key points. The NLdigital Terms prevail in case of any conflict.
Applicability
These terms apply to all services of SEO Ninja BV (Chamber of Commerce no. 95781455). By placing an order you agree to the NLdigital Terms and the additions below.
Quotes and agreements
Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed after written or digital confirmation of the assignment.
Work outside the agreed scope is carried out in consultation, as additional work.
Rates and payment
Amounts stated exclude VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
For ongoing services (such as SEO or maintenance) we invoice periodically.
Performance and delivery
We carry out the assignment to the best of our insight and ability (best-efforts obligation). Results in SEO and online marketing depend on factors beyond our control; we do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue.
For delivery we work with the service providers listed in our privacy statement.
Intellectual property and liability
Rights to delivered bespoke work transfer as arranged in the NLdigital Terms, usually after full payment. Our liability is limited in line with those same terms.
